As everybody knows, the most important thing is danish football - especially when the Aalborg team is winning everything, becoming rulers of the universe. Therefore i have been very happy to see (literally see - p2p tv...) the Aalborg team crush their opponents and go ahead in the league by 9 points. All this sums up to the fact that when i go home on the 24th there will be a BIG party celebrating the team.
Actually, same day is the karneval of Aalborg so no matter what the final result there will be a big party! It will be great to go home for a while and experience the craziness with friends and family. I hope to see my foreign Danfoss colleagues, so i can show them my home city and they can experience the karneval - at least i have invited them, and all 4 of them were really interested!
This weekend i will go home for a short visit as well, and i must admit i am really looking forward to it. Nothing wrong with Poland, i am happy here, but as everyone being away from home for a while knows, it is always nice to go home once in a while.
Friday i will have a meeting in Kolding, where i will know more on if i will go to Mexico from September. It is with Danfoss Solutions focusing on saving energy at large production sites.
Also, Søren my buddy from studies has bought a house and his girlfriend is set to give birth on May 11th, so i will drop by them for a small visit. Really looking forward to seeing how the place and how far they have come in preparing everything for the new addition!
Last weekend i was in Kazimiers, and it was a really nice place. Lublin i didn't really see since i got a little sick and it was raining cats and dogs.
The weekend after this, i hope to travel a little again. It has come to my notice that there is a classical music festival in Prague during the next 3 weeks with concerts all over the city, so maybe i should drop by. Otherwise Zakopane in the south of Poland or maybe Slovakia could be great destinations :D
